Scope of Services:
JWS Interiors will provide interior design, project management, and turnkey solutions, as per the details agreed upon in the proposal and cost estimate. Any change in services will require a written agreement from both parties.
Intellectual Property :
The designs and creative solutions provided by JWS Interiors are the property of JWS Interiors and may not be used by the client or any third party without express written consent from JWS Interiors.
Confidentiality :
We respect the privacy of our clients and commit to keeping all client information confidential and secure. We will not disclose any client’s personal or business information without their prior approval.
Limitation of Liability :
In no event will JWS Interiors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
Project Timelines:
The project timelines will be agreed upon during the consultation phase and will be adhered to the best of the abilities of JWS Interiors. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances will not result in any penalties or liabilities.
Termination :
Both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement with prior written notice. In such an event, the client will be liable to pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
Amendment of Terms :
JWS Interiors reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time with or without notice.
